How do I update my profile information?

Currently, Cekoto uses your basic information from your Google account. At this time, profile information cannot be modified directly within the app. We"re working on adding this feature in future updates.

How do I cancel my current subscription?

To cancel your subscription through Google Play Store:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap on your profile icon and select "Payments & subscriptions"
Select "Subscriptions"
Find Cekoto in your subscriptions list
Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts

Note: You"ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account:

Send an email to support@cekoto.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address in the request
We will process your request within 3 business days
You"ll receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Note: This action cannot be undone and all your data will be permanently removed.
